Who handles your information

GO ELMS is a service of Legacy Growth Group LLC. Legacy Growth Group LLC handles information submitted through the South Korea candidate pathway. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@go-elms.com. The business mailing address is 1273 Metropolitan Ave. SE, Atlanta, GA 30316, United States.

What we collect

For initial screening, we collect the contact, education, passport-readiness, experience, availability, and one-year-commitment information requested in the form, plus one résumé in PDF or DOCX format.

We do not request passport copies, diploma copies, criminal background checks, apostilles, health records, bank details, passwords, or other identity documents during initial screening.

Why we use it

The authorized GO ELMS screening team uses the information to assess initial readiness, prepare qualified candidate profiles, and contact candidates about relevant South Korea teaching opportunities. Submission does not authorize GO ELMS to send the information or résumé to a recruiter.

Storage and access

GO ELMS uses Tally to collect and store candidate submissions and résumé uploads. Tally states that form data is encrypted in transit and at rest and stored in Europe. Access is limited to authorized GO ELMS reviewers. Résumés are not placed in the public website folder or an open tracker. Read Tally's data-handling information.

Retention

If a candidate does not move forward, GO ELMS deletes the submission and résumé within 90 days after the review decision. If a candidate remains active or approves a recruiter introduction, GO ELMS may retain the record while the opportunity is active and for up to 12 months after the last activity, unless a longer period is required for an applicable business or legal record. A candidate may request earlier deletion. Tally states that deleted data can remain in its trash or backups for up to 90 additional days unless permanently removed sooner.

Recruiter introductions

If GO ELMS believes a candidate may be a fit, it will explain the proposed introduction and request separate permission before transferring personal information or a résumé to the recruiting partner.

Your choices

You may ask what information GO ELMS holds about you and request correction or deletion by emailing privacy@go-elms.com. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

Updates

This notice will be updated if the form provider, purpose, retention practice, or recipients change.
