Who handles your information

GO ELMS, part of the NCK group of services, handles information submitted through this site. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to candidates@go-elms.com. The operator's complete legal identity and business address will be added before publication.

What we collect

For initial screening, we collect the contact, education, passport-readiness, experience, availability, and one-year-commitment information requested in the form, plus one résumé in PDF or DOCX format.

We do not request passport copies, diploma copies, criminal background checks, apostilles, health records, bank details, passwords, or other identity documents during initial screening.

Why we use it

The authorized GO ELMS screening team uses the information to assess initial readiness, prepare qualified candidate profiles, and contact candidates about relevant South Korea teaching opportunities. Submission does not authorize GO ELMS to send the information or résumé to a recruiter.

Storage and access

GO ELMS will use a third-party form provider to collect and securely store submissions. The provider and applicable storage location will be identified before the form is activated. Access will be limited to authorized GO ELMS reviewers. Résumés will not be placed in the public website folder or an open tracker.

Retention

GO ELMS will publish a specific retention period before the form is activated. Submissions will not be kept longer than needed for initial screening, an approved recruiter introduction, and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. Candidates will also be able to request earlier deletion using the privacy contact identified on the activated form.

Recruiter introductions

If GO ELMS believes a candidate may be a fit, it will explain the proposed introduction and request separate permission before transferring personal information or a résumé to the recruiting partner.

Your choices

You may ask what information GO ELMS holds about you and request correction or deletion by emailing candidates@go-elms.com. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

Updates

This notice will display its effective date when the form is activated and will be updated if the form provider, purpose, retention practice, or recipients change.
